Lion Dr Kiron
The Maverick | The Visionary
Whatever I am today, it’s a classic case of metamorphosis. Life is brutally hard when you merely have to live it; it becomes effortless the moment you decide you want to live it.
My philosophy is simple: think big, but never lose your taste for small pleasures. The only thing you must never have is a bad attitude. That’s life’s greatest disability.
One fine morning I realised Kiran was far too ordinary, too run-of-the-mill for the person I knew I was becoming.
My attitude pushed me to stand out, to be unmistakably different. I rechristened myself Kiron that day, and I haven’t looked back since. It was always hatke — always deliberately off-centre.
Life is about dreaming and then living those dreams. If I’m an achiever today, it’s because I was an unapologetic dreamer yesterday. Listen to your heartbeat and chase it without apology.
The Code I Live By.
A structured ecosystem of personal values, optimism, and unapologetic ambition.

Profile | The Inner Circle
"Because all work and no escape is a blueprint for mediocrity." An inside look at the altitude, the escape, and the relentless fitness contract.
I’m an outdoor guy, constantly hunting for an excuse to detach from the machine. My schedules rarely grant me the luxury — but when they do, I grab it with both hands. I’ll swing an honest 16 handicap on endless lush greens where the silence itself is a stress-buster. A sharp, fast game of tennis often pulls me in. Fishing, with its stubborn patience, is another obsession. And then there’s Surya — my horse — who reminds me that freedom is best felt on four legs, galloping.
But my greatest weakness? The sky. Nothing compares to hopping into my Cessna, climbing above the noise of the world, and circling the earth below like a carefree bird. In my kind of life, business tends to get choc-a-bloc; that’s when I simply detach and unwind — no phone, no plan, just altitude.
One thought I refuse to entertain: “If I’d known I was going to live this long, I’d have taken better care of myself.” I have my own gym, but more importantly, I have a dedicated instructor — Md. Naseer — who I can’t thank enough. He drives me to achieve more every single day.
"Fitness isn’t a phase — it’s a permanent contract with myself."
Wherever I am on the planet, I hit the nearest gym at the scheduled time. It helps that our properties house world-class facilities, and even when I travel, my personal staff ensures I’m checked into hotels with top-tier gyms. My routine belongs to the morning — cardio, tai-chi, yoga, and weights under Naseer’s uncompromising eye. It’s a ritual, not a chore.

My Duty, Not Just My Business
The Responsibilities I Shoulder

The Kargil & Pahalgam Rallies.
When Kargil happened, and later the tragic Pahalgam terror attack, I wasn't going to sit back and watch the news. We took to the streets. We organized massive rallies to condemn terrorism, honor our martyrs, and mobilize the city. Patriotism requires volume.

Mantralayam Floods.
When devastating floods hit Mantralayam, writing a cheque from a distance felt hollow. I went down into the mud. We worked alongside volunteers to clean roads, rebuild public spaces, and hand out medicine and clothing. True service stains your hands.

Public Health Crises.
Crisis demands action, not panic. Whether it was launching hygiene campaigns during Swine Flu or funding relief and community outreach during COVID-19, I made sure my resources were on the front lines.
I build modern skylines, but my feet are firmly planted in “Sanatana Dharma”
I make it a point to actively educate the next generation about our spiritual heritage...

04. Philanthropy | The Legacy
What we achieve today doubles up as the legacy we leave behind. Real progress is dictated by how deeply we invest in the people and the land we stand on.
Planting Trees for Tomorrow.
I often return to the wisdom of Warren Buffett: “Someone’s sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.”
My journey through the concrete jungle over the past three decades has reinforced a singular truth — humanity's most reliable asset is community. True wealth isn't held in portfolios; it is distributed through education, healthcare, and undeniable ground-level empowerment. We do not just build structures; we build safety nets.

Pure Intent. Measurable Scale.
Through the Sankalp Divas initiative, we harmonize mind and body to support over 50 NGOs. The numbers aren't for vanity. They are evidence of work done. Select a directive to query the operational data.

Capturing Legacy
Capturing thoughts, experiences, and memories.
When I ventured into real estate, there were almost no books or information tools with a local perspective. That’s when I decided to create my own — books that offer a ringside view of the realty sector with regionally relevant intelligence.
"Books are the quietest and most constant of friends; they are the most accessible and wisest of counselors."
— Charles W. Eliot

My Incurable Wanderlust
Part Journey, Part Philosophy
Not just a memoir or travelogue. A personal reaching-out — part journey, part philosophy.
Where the globetrotter, the maverick, and the dreamer speak directly to friends, followers, and future builders.
Closing / Signature
Life is a business.
And I’m its eternal optimist.
I always believed the claimants to success are hopeless optimists. The future belongs to them. Optimism blended with creativity and dedication brooks unparalleled success.
In real estate, past success stories rarely apply to new situations. We must continually reinvent ourselves, responding to changing times with innovative new models.
Why Real Estate?
"It’s tangible, it’s solid, it’s beautiful. It’s artistic, from my standpoint, and I just love real estate."
— Donald Trump
